About the Founder

Kokoro Consulting was founded by Ron Casey, a pharmaceutical operations leader with nearly three decades of experience across CMC, manufacturing, and global supply chain strategy.

Ron has led external manufacturing and supply networks supporting late-stage development through commercial operations, with deep experience in small molecule drug products, sterile injectables, and complex drug delivery systems.

His background includes building and managing global CDMO networks, leading technology transfers, and supporting multiple pharmaceutical product launches. He has also partnered with investors and portfolio companies to assess operational readiness, manufacturing scalability, and supply chain risk.

Throughout his career, Ron has worked across North America, Europe, and Asia, developing manufacturing strategies and governance models that enable reliable, scalable commercial supply.
